The waiting list consists of all families interested in registering their children to AGM Armenian School. Because there can be more applications to a school than openings at that school, enrollment is not guaranteed.
No, our waitlist does not roll over from year to year. Waitlists remain in place through the end of each school year. For example, if an application is submitted for the 2024-25 school year, a child’s name will be on the waitlist only until the end of this year. The following year, everyone has an equal chance when reapplying.
Kindergarten applicants must be five years old by September 1 of the year they enter Kindergarten. If applicants turn five years old after September 1, then they enter our preschool orange class if there is room available.
The schedule consists of seven class periods a day. K-6th grade student have two recesses: a 15 minute morning break for snack, and a longer lunch break/recess in the afternoon.
All elementary students take 5 core classes (Armenian, English, Math, Science, Social Studies) per day along with co-curricular courses, such as Armenian Traditions, Religion, Armenian Dance, PE, Art, and Music.
Yes. Schoolwide elections are held at the beginning of the school year. Upper elementary students (5th and 6th graders) have the opportunity to run for office positions such as President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
Registration begins in the spring of 2025.

Campus tours are a general overview of our school facilities and programs with only the Principal or Preschool Director. The Prospective Open House is a more comprehensive tour where families will have the opportunity to meet students, parents, teachers and administrators and learn about the programs offered.
